Advocacies of Manifest Magazine

As a publication on fashion, beauty, art, culture, and human experience in the Philippines and across the globe, MANIFEST Magazine is envisioned to celebrate, champion, and inspire Filipino creativity and dreams. This vision is beyond the fine arts, mainstream brands, bespoke creations, and works of passionate hobbyists, as MANIFEST hopes for creative dreams to be accessible to underserved Filipino communities through the founder’s advocacy Art Access Philippines.

Art Access Philippines

Before starting the publication MANIFEST Magazine in 2021, founder Czarina Denise Flores initiated in 2020 the advocacy Art Access Philippines to help underprivileged Filipinos get access to art materials, creative opportunities, and artistic support. Czarina believes there are passionate and talented Filipinos who dream of painting or creating art but couldn’t afford to buy art materials. Giving them the chance to hold the brush, learn to paint, or create art touches a lot of benefits for the human creator — art gives hope and inspiration, enriches the soul, regulates the nervous system, heals and improves well-being, and art fosters happiness.

Mothers Bounce Forward

Mothers Bounce Forward aims to help end the unrealistic and harmful “Bounce Back” culture of society that pressures and shames mothers and their bodies that have changed after pregnancies, through educating everyone in the society — both men and women — about the truths and realities of motherhood. The advocacy uses the word “forward” because there should be no bouncing “back” to the original body pre-pregnancy.
