Founder and Editor-in-Chief
MANIFEST Magazine

Czarina Denise Flores is the founder and editor-in-chief of MANIFEST, an editorial publication exploring fashion, beauty, art, culture, and the human experience across the Philippines and global landscapes.
Czarina envisions MANIFEST as a space to inspire and celebrate Filipino dreams and creativity, while building a community connected through shared interests, understanding, and human connection. Her vision is deeply influenced by her lineage rooted in generations of Filipino journalism and legacy of championing the Filipino voice, including her late grandfather, Filipino-American publisher, founder, and editor-in-chief of The Filipino Press, Ernesto “Ernie” Flores Jr., known as the “Dean of Filipino-American Journalists in San Diego.”
Driven by creative pursuits and journalistic roots, Czarina founded MANIFEST in 2021 as a culmination of her background and long-standing interests in storytelling, media production, arts, fashion, and beauty, alongside her advocacies for making art and creative expression more accessible to underserved Filipino communities through Art Access Philippines, and for supporting women through greater understanding and compassion in motherhood with Mothers Bounce Forward project.
Czarina holds a Communication degree from the Assumption College, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, and studies Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines.
